Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process

Important: Returns must be initiated using the email address used for the purchase. You must provide us with the Return Tracking Number once the package is sent.

Note: Returns without prior authorization or a provided tracking number will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund (including shipping).
4. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are missing original packaging.

Custom-made products (such as name tags and AirTag holders).

Sale items and gift cards.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain in original condition, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as processing times may vary by bank.
